For more than 15 years, Michelle has worked in wellness education, supporting individuals as they explore tools and practices that contribute to greater resilience, self-awareness, and emotional wellness. Through this work, she became increasingly interested in the ways stress, emotions, and life experience influence how people thing, feel and respond to the world around them.
