Regulation Before Interpretation

The body shifts before the mind explains. Heart rate increases. Breathing changes. Muscles tighten. Energy redirects.

Only after that does interpretation begin. We often assume our thoughts create our physical response. But very often, the sequence runs the other direction. Physiology first. Meaning second.

When the body activates, the mind seraches for a reason. Sometimes the reason is accurate. Sometimes it is simply the closest available explanation. Understanding this sequence does not remove belief. It add literacy. Interpretation follow physiology.

If you can regulate first, you may interpret differently. Refulation before interpretation. Take what is usesful.

Release the rest. 2/10/26
